As part of our ending plan, all rentals starting on or after March 1st were canceled and fully refunded. Rentals beginning before March 1st remain confirmed and will be honored as scheduled.

All you need to know about renting mobility devices with Tour Mobility Rentals

  • Affordable prices, no need to credit card deposit, comfort, possibility to use the equipment anywhere in Orlando, and not only inside the parks.

    We offer mobility rentals at Orlando region with free delivery and pick up. Scooters (ECV), Strollers, Car seats and cribs with same day availability.

  • You can pay less than $22 per day when you rent one of our scooters per 3 or more days.

  • Yes. We deliver and pick up to all Orlando, Kissimmee and Davenport area Hotels and vacation homes. Some hotels require a in person drop off and picking up, from all others, we will drop off the equipment at Luggage Center / Bell services / Front Desk and let you know by text message using the phone number provided during booking process. Exceptions may apply.

  • Tour Mobility Rentals does not charge any additional fee for delivery and pick up to Orlando region (except airport).

  • We offer a Damage Waiver during Booking process. This is a non-refundable, one time fee per Booking and covers any accidental damages and mechanical issues to the equipment while in your possession.

  • Any cancellation requested before 48h of delivery schedule time will be 100% reimbursed. Any reservation that is cancelled within that 48-hour time frame, will be subject to a one-day rental fee.

  • You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive it, please text us.

  • We deliver every day from 8am to 7pm. Customer attendance, by phone, text or whatsapp, from 8am to 10pm.

  • Our scooters can run on a single charge up to 15 miles, depending of the driver weight and the way of driving. We recommend a 6 to 8 hours charge before use the scooter.

  • We recommend to keep the scooter away from water. If the components inside were exposed to the rain, it will cause to seize up untill all components be dried out. This is not covered by Damage Waiver.
